When considering outsourcing to us, a prospective client’s board will spend time getting to know our business. As part of this diligence, they often visit some of our existing clients to see how we deliver services ‘in action’ including our management approach, particularly with our people, and take the chance to speak with those we deliver the services to.
We understand that the majority of partners and fee earners within a firm don’t get this opportunity and as a result are often nervous of outsourcing to us. In this section we have provided some comments from lawyers and core support teams at existing clients about the services we provide to them. We have also responded to the top five concerns lawyers cite regarding outsourcing.
