Intelligent Office UK (IO), the leading provider of administrative support services to the professional services and legal sectors, has been appointed by Multrees Investor Services to deliver its facilities, reprographics, mail and courier, and front of house services.
The contract, which went live on 19th November 2018, has required IO to bring in a newly recruited team to deliver the suite of services for Multrees’ Edinburgh office.

Multrees is the fifth new managed services client IO has commenced working with in the past 12 months, joining The Solicitors Regulation Authority, Shearman & Sterling, Freeths and VWV.
During the same period, long standing client Farrer & Co also renewed their contract for another term.
