Margaret’s focus is on the strategic direction of the company, identifying market trends and advising on how the business can respond to them. In addition she provides guidance to the senior team, and assists in the execution of strategy, specifically related to employee engagement and external marketing and PR.
Prior to establishing Intelligent Office in 2001, Margaret spent two years in New York as Vice President of Bowne Business Solutions, who specialised in document and information management outsourcing in the investment banking and legal sectors. During that time revenues for her region grew by 33% and profit by 37%.
Prior to being based in New York, Margaret worked for Williams Lea in London managing service delivery for a number of banking, insurance, accounting and oil sector clients.
