Gillespie Macandrew renews Intelligent Office contract
Intelligent Office UK has cemented its reputation as the leading support services provider to UK law firms with news of a contract renewal by Gillespie Macandrew.
Gillespie Macandrew first outsourced its mailroom operations to Intelligent Office in 2005. Since then the relationship has evolved, with Intelligent Office now delivering front of house, file management, including client take-on and anti-money laundering administrative support, print and mailroom services on site at the firm’s Edinburgh and Perth offices.
To fulfil the increased range of services outsourced to Intelligent Office, the team has grown from three to 18 staff. The support services specialist also provides flexible and reliable off-site document production services to Gillespie Macandrew from its shared services centres in Alloa and Glasgow.

For Edinburgh-based Tcam Asset Management, Intelligent Office provides a full range of back office and support services – reception, switchboard, print, mail and records management services – at its new Edinburgh office. Intelligent Office also provides off-site document production and HR administration services from its shared services centre in Glasgow, as well as handling core goods procurement.
